Delete your account

This deletes your account and all your progress, on every phone. You can’t undo it.

In the app

  1. Open comprenday.
  2. On home, tap the info button at the top right. About opens.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, below the version number.
  4. Tap Delete account again to confirm.

What we delete

Your account, your answers and all your progress, at once. We also remove the app’s access to your Apple ID. Copies in our database backups are gone within 7 days.

If you can’t open the app

Email support@comprenday.app from the email address of your Apple account, and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and tell you when it’s done.

If you never signed in

There is no account to delete, and your progress isn’t linked to your name or email. Delete the app, and we delete its data 1 year after your last game.
